How can I place an order online?

Buying in our online store is very easy. You just have to choose your COSITTA jewel, appropriate size and add it to the shopping cart by clicking on "add to cart". Once you have finished browsing our store, and have chosen all your COSITTA jewellery, you must go to the shopping cart icon (top right).

Once here, you just must fill in your personal information and choose the payment method of your choice.

After making the payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be shipped within 24 business hours to the address you provide.

 

What are the accepted payment methods?

  • Credit/Debit Card: through the Shopify electronic payment gateway, which guarantees maximum security in all transactions. Debit or credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as other international cards.
  • PayPal: this is an international payment operator that you can use whenever you have or create your own account.
  • Deposit or Bank Transfer, in case of deposit or transfer, please contact info@cositta.com , indicating:
  1. Products you wish to purchase (model and colour).
  2. Name and delivery address.
  3. Mobile phone.

We will provide you with a proforma invoice for your order, the amount to be paid and the data to make the transfer.

Can I know the status of my order?

Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real time. To do this, open the shipping confirmation email that we sent you when your order shipped, and through the tracking number provided and the link in the email, you will be able to track your order in real time. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us.

 

I have an error in my purchase, what should I do?

If you had any difficulty placing your order or processing the payment, something went wrong please follow the steps below.

  • Check that you have entered your card details correctly.
  • If it is through PayPal, please check that you have entered your password correctly.
  • Use another card.
  • Use an alternative payment method to the one that is causing the problem.
  • Close the browser and try again.
  • Delete cookies or clear your browser's cache and try again.

 

How can I be sure that I have made the correct purchase?

We always send an email to confirm that the purchase has been successful and then a second email to inform about the shipment of the order and the tracking number. Therefore, once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you do not receive these communications, you can check your SPAM folder and if they are not there you cannot contact us either.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order, as long as the order status allows it: the order must not have been shipped.

To do this, send us an email to info@cositta.com and we will inform you about the possibility of cancellation.

Remember that you can only cancel your order if it has not been shipped by the time, we receive your cancellation request. We usually respond within 1-2 business days. As soon as we receive your application, we will contact you with more information.

You will not be able to cancel an order if it is a product with a promotional code, in pre-sale or if you have chosen a personalized jewel.
